If you're looking to get your sweat on, you've come to the right place! We host fitness classes for every level and ability at our Recreation Centre.
All classes will need a minimum of 3 registered to run.
PARQ and waiver forms will need to be filled out prior to start of class.

Dance Cardio (30 min) - A high-energy, follow-along class that blends rhythm, dance, and simple patterning to get you moving and feeling good. Designed to elevate your heart rate while keeping things fun and expressive, this class is all about letting go, building confidence, and enjoying movement. No dance experience needed—just come ready to sweat and vibe.
Stretch & Mobility (45 min) - A mindful movement class focused on improving flexibility, joint mobility, and overall body awareness. Through intentional stretching and controlled mobility work, participants will release tension, support recovery, and create more ease in their movement. Suitable for all levels, this class leaves you feeling more open, aligned, and connected to your body.
Foundation in Motion (60 min) - This circuit-style class uses stations with a mix of bodyweight, resistance training, and cardio-based exercises. The workout is structured using timed intervals and reps, allowing participants to move at their own pace while staying engaged in a group setting. This class is designed to support a wide range of fitness levels and goals, making it ideal for those new to fitness or anyone looking for variety, motivation, and a positive group atmosphere. It is best for beginners, those returning to movement, and anyone who enjoys an energetic, supportive group workout with individualized coaching.
