Josh Malin named to ACAC All-Conference Team

For the second straight season, Josh Malin has been named to the ACAC North Division All-Conference Team for men's soccer.

The fourth-year striker from Saskatoon remained one of the most dangerous offensive players in the league this season, scoring a team high 7 goals for the Rustlers, including one game winner, while adding one assist. He also was constantly creating scoring chances for Lakeland, keeping the squad in the hunt in multiple competitive games.

"We are incredibly proud of Josh for being selected as an All-Star in the league," Head Coach Hani Tekheste said. "His hard work and dedication have truly paid off!"

In his two seasons with the Rustlers, the veteran scorer now has 16 goals in 23 games.

With the soccer season done, Malin and his teammates are training for the 2026 futsal season, with their first regional competition taking place Jan. 16-18 in Edmonton.
